Norwegian ace Marius Eriksens Junkers 88 ‘kill’ discovered and recovered!

Marius Eriksen was one of Norways top Spitfire pilots of WWII. He has been described as one of the most naturally gifted Spitfire pilots Norway produced during these tough years of war. Eriksen passed away in 2009.

Pilot is Norwegian Spitfire Foundations own Lars Ness. The Mustang is the former Scandinavian Historic Flight “Old Crow”. There will be many more photos (and information) in the next Flypast, so stay tuned!
